Hired Darryl for a Home Inspection and I liked his work. it shows that his 8 years of experience go a long way. He did not waiver at any difficult questions or concerns that I had during the inspection. He was extremely thorough, meticulously documenting critical safety and structural hazards that are often missed. The report clearly identified major issues, including double-tapped neutral wires in the electrical panel (fire hazard), a structural defect in the roof ridge board, and extensive moisture/pest evidence in the crawlspace and more. He took his time inspecting the property and even found things your average inspector would bypass! His report was very detailed and easy to understand with pictures to support all of his findings!
