My furnace went out about a week ago, and I called Superior Mechanical based on a friend’s recommendation and they did NOT disappoint. Michael was so helpful and accommodating, and luckily got a technician to come to the house the next day, which is so rare these days! The tech put on booties without me having to ask and was polite and quick. Figured out what was wrong and surprisingly got it back up and running later that day. Between the good customer service and efficient tech, I would 10/10 recommend this small family owned business over the other money hungry giants.

We were looking to get a quote for duct work replacement and the technician was lazy and was not concerned with getting the business. Came to our house with no booties, asked to use our ladder and then shared that he was not even sure he wanted the job. Maybe this company is good for small stuff, but even then I would question their integrity.

Technician was completely rude spoke to the owner and he seemed even worse. Never go with this company.

They have really helped us with our thermostats and new zone board and ensure that the AC and heating works effectively and efficiently for our entire home. The technicians and customer service work very hard and highly recommend them!! :)
