Superior Movers

Superior Movers did an awesome job when they showed up they disassembled all of our furniture and wrapped it very carefully. When I booked originally with them a week prior the office staff was very friendly and very nice not only was the price really cheap. But they also gave us 5 free boxes with our move. This moving company is the best moving company I have ever hired. All I can say is if you can see for yourself and call these guys because I am amazed of how wonderful of a job they did of taking care of my furniture they went beyond awesome.

It should be called Inferior Movers. It's the worst company to hire for moving in San Antonio. They tried to reschedule my appointment the date prior to the move, and I should have canceled. It took 2 guys, well, 1.5 (since one was sick with the flu) 12 hours to move 6 packed bedrooms for $1000! I still had to rent a truck to finish the move the next day. They damaged every single furniture, and the company did not pay one cent for the damages. They broke stuff, and threw it away; that way you could not claim it. They made holes in the walls and the floors when they moved the furniture. The packing and wrapping didn't protect one bit! I am surprised they are still in business.

****DO NOT HIRE THIS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!****** I had an appointment scheduled between 9a-11a, I never got a call & nobody showed up so I called and was told they were running late. I got a call at 12:15p that they were on the way - they didn't arrive until 2:30pm!!! One of the movers said it was his first day. he had filled out an application previously & he was called that morning and was offered $100 plus beer money to go to work. He had no idea what he was doing and according to him his only moving experience was helping his friend move into his apartment. He was being trained on my time and it took them over 2 hours to load not even half my stuff in the truck. SCAMMER!! * DO NOT USE* F RATING WITH THE BBB I am giving this company a courtesy 1 star because the two men that moved were polite, courteous and great movers. My complaint is with Theresa, possibly the owner. She is unorganized, argumentative, abrasive and a complete scammer. Just giving her our initial information was difficult. Then they canceled in 42 degree weather stating it was icy road conditions. We were expecting snow here but that happened much later in the day. Just say the truth and do not argue and over talk. Say "It is not icy now but we may experience some difficult conditions later and we need to reschedule your time". She called when we expected them to arrive saying you can cancel the move and it will take 10-14 days to put the charge back on your credit

I would not recommend this company. I moved a few weeks ago and hired this company based on reviews. They did show up on time; however, one of the guys was very experienced while the other guy was on his very first day. The more experienced worker even mentioned that if he had his normal partner w/ him that he would've been done in half the time. Not something I want to hear when I'm paying by the hour! The new mover was too busy checking his cell phone to follow instruction given by the experienced mover. The experienced guy told him how to do the wrapping of the furniture, yet he just stood there not making an attempt to learn or help!! This drove me crazy because the other guy was busting his butt!
