I found the first floor clean. They only take Cash ($4.00 per hour) when one is leaving. I didn't see any signage for that when entering. There is a call button, but one would have to say their CC numbers to everyone in listening range.

The sign says ask for monthly rates but the attendant is only offering $80/per night stay. Too expensive !
