Not sure if it was the owner or one of his employees. But the douche bag decided it would be better to unload their equipment and make all the noise at 7am when some people are still sleeping 25 ft from residential windows than to drive an extra 300 feet and do it by the commercial property. Where I am sure the people sleeping there will be just as upset...When confronted the douche bag says nothing and guess figured it was funny as he decided to drive the bobcat back to the truck and make the noise so he could get a bottle of water out of the cab.. This is the inconsiderate company you would be hiring if you hire this douche bag company....

Watch out for these trucks on the road they have several that drive like animals. Pissed me off enough to contact DOT and state police and 2 county sheriff departments to report their hazardus driving. Wreckless on the road may be wreckless on your property. Would not use or recommend because of it. The owner of this company is liable for this wreckless conduct and has to have been there before with this problem. Control your driver's or get sued out of business.

After almost a year, just when the warranty was set to expire, and a $5,500.00 expenditure, I noticed cracks in the driveway. The warranty language in the contract indicated that they were not responsible for singular cracks. My issue was not with singular cracks but with an entire series of cracks around a tree. Since the rest of the driveway did not and does not have cracks I requested that someone come out and look at the cracks. Steve returned my call and left a voice mail indicating that there was no reason for him to come out since the warranty did not cover cracks. I called again explaining that because of the nature of the non-singular cracking limited to one section of the driveway that I would like someone to come out and look at the cracks. They would rather me walk away as a paying customer versus pass through the $400 discount they gave to the company who damaged my driveway. They are going to make up the discount by padding my invoice. Not doing it....initially was going to use Superior because my neighbor was going to use them - neighbor discount....but that wasn't going to happen either - because - only 1 discount per customer.

Can’t say anything about the work they do. But they have at least a few toxic punks working for them on the field. Tried fighting me because I asked the driver to move his truck, which was blocking my driveway. None of the crew tried to deescalate the worker, including the supervisor on site, which I asked to speak with for a more mature approach. It only for worse from there. Very unprofessional behavior from a few guys. (Dare I use the word gentlemen…)
