Ronnie was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident about the treatment plan. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and taking care of his customers. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and in order. I use superior for our personal home as well as rental properties we operate. Service is top notch with Dave being very knowledgeable and tracking the latest recommendations and best practices for termite prevention. Also Suzan is very helpful in the administrative side providing support on scheduling, billing and keeping our billing straight across multiple service addresses.

I had these guys out to handle some wasp and yellow jackets exterminating. I’m allergic so this was time sensitive. They were here immediately and very sensitive to my situation. I felt like I was in great hands. They exceeded my expectations with their prompt extermination and vast knowledge of these insects and how they populate so quickly. I was definitely impressed. While I had them out I asked for termite inspection as well. So far so good but it doesn’t hurt to pay the extra few bucks I’d rather be on top of that issue living with so much wood than to be caught off guard. Once you have a terminate problem it’s already too late. Keep that in mind. Again thank you Superior Pest Management for an outstanding job. I won’t ever use anyone else.

Our family has been with Superior Pest Management since August 2008 when we moved to the Charlotte area from Indiana. The company (family) was recommended by some friends who were customers. Since then, we have never been disappointed. We especially love that Superior Pest Management is a FAMILY-owned and run business. The office staff and the technicians have always been responsive, dependable, and professional (yet very approachable). We have quarterly treatment around the outside of the house (and inside, if requested) and have no pest issues. A couple of times we’ve called for ground bee and hornets nests extermination, and the technician quickly and efficiently handled the problem.
