Superior

We have been using Superior since 2010 when they installed our system. Harold can be a bit gruff, but he’s a nice guy. They are always on time and are great with repairs, opening and winterizing the system. I highly recommend them.

Super rude, unprofessional. We missed one appointment due to family urgency and asked owner to reschedule. He charged us for not showing up and refused to perform service. We decided not to hire him again. As others said, there are other sprinkler companies who are humble and more economical.

Have been with this company for many years servicing our sprinkler system. Ken, the service tech could not have been any ruder. I showed him a pvc conduit coming from the house that had a crack. He clearly did not want to repair the pipe grumbling under his breath the entire time. I also showed him a sprinkler head that had to be relocated. It was at this point he tells me that I would be charged to repair the pvc pipe! I asked him why as his company did the closing in the fall. He said in his nasty attitude " do you think we broke the pipe" I said, no but obviously the winter weather did. I told him the fix would probably take all of 10 minutes..,His response was " than you fix it"! I asked him why he wouldn't warranty the work? He continued to be belligerent and it was at this

Despite other bad reviews, I gave this service a chance. The two men were on time, professional, and gave helpful advice. The charges were reasonable as I had 2 broken sprinklers and something else broken where the system exits the house. I highly recommend.

Recently moved to the suburbs we’ve had many different types of companies & their workers over at the house these last few months to complete various tasks. All experiences have been positive except this one. This company is incompetent, careless, expensive, & lacks basic communication abilities. We dug a bit & found several better options for sprinkler care.
