While we had serious doubts about the service initially, there was some turnover before our pool was installed. Zack took over and things went much, much better! Zack was responsive and his previous pool construction expertise showed. He listened and understood what our wishes were and how they matched with our original planning. We can't say enough about his crew and his ability to guide them. Alex was super nice and helpful. He did whatever he was allowed to help us make the project complete and to train us on using the pool. Alex is a kind person willing to go above and beyond to make the process smoother. It was a pleasure working with Edwin and his entire staff. He performed a turnkey construction from start to finish and also raised a number of great suggestions that we incorporated into our design. He and his team were punctual, professional and knowledgeable. In the end, he built a spectacular pool and created a unique space with a resort feel. We can not have imagined a better experience and we could not recommend more strongly.

Talk about a day and night difference in ownership. The new owner Edwin inherited our project and worked with us through multiple redesigns since the original plans did not take into account the topography of our backyard. It really helped that he has an Engineering degree, which made it easier for us to troubleshoot any potential issues before they became actual ones. He and his team showed up for months, always with a smile and willingness to go that extra mile to make sure that the pool and patio looked amazing. Great experience with SPOT and Edwin. We originally met with Edwin in May of 2022. Signed our agreement and made selections early June of 2022 and construction begin at the end of July. Construction was completed and pool was filled mid September. Edwin was involved and responsive every step of the way. His team is great. We worked closest with Edwin but had a lot of positive contact with Juve and Albert. Post installation communication has been very positive as well. It is incredible to see a well executed project, all of our wants/needs met and continued follow up even after the last check has been signed. They go above and beyond.

We were not sure we could even build a pool in our tight space but Edwin, the owner of Superior Pools of triangle, designed the perfect solution. He turned our ugly back yard into a fantastic oasis. We couldn't be happier with our pool. And the project was completed on time and in budget. No surprises!. The crew were extremely neat and friendly.
