Superior Pressure and Softwash Cleaning

Overall a great job! The day of, I happened to walk around my house and noticed an area on the roof that was still black as they were preparing to leave. The team quickly and helpfully addressed the issue and cleaned the area properly. A few days later, today, I had to call back. There was another area that was still black. This is due to issues with visibility when the roof is wet. I.e. we didn't see it at the initial appointment and neither did I. I spoke with Ruth Anne and she set up an appointment for the next day for inspection of the roof for microbial growth as well as to kill the leftover growth on the roof free of charge. In other words, they stand by their work and make it right if there's issues. Although I had to get them back out here, the customer service was phenomenal,

I had my roof and gutters cleaned by Superior, and their team did an excellent job. I was able to observe them in my study. They worked efficiently and was thorough in both cleaning the roof and watering/covering the plant material around our home. I highly recommend Superior. They train their team members well.

I just wanted to call out the great professionalism exhibited by Brad and Jared today. The contract was very clear what they needed us to do ahead of time, so we had done our parts in assuring the process was unhindered. Brad & Jared arrived within the agreed window, did a great job communicating the process before during and after, clearly knew & competently executed the work at hand (not a blind power wash but a careful roof chemical softwash w/ simultaneous continuous vegetation&walls protectective watering) and even spun off an additional quote (and completion) of some extra unplanned power wash work. Just had a great crew out (Dylan & Andy) from Superior Pressure Washing to tackle our home: all walls, gutters & soffits, pool enclosure and driveway. It’s as if these guys know how to ‘turn back time’. The place looks like when we first purchased down here. Don’t hesitate to use Superior —- your wife and your neighbors will thank you. TB
