We hired Superior Remodeling & Maintenance to remove and replace the tile and carpet and paint the entire 1st floor of our house. We value and appreciate the open communication with the owner Tony Coletta. His team, as always, was friendly, professional, highly skilled, and here when they said they would be. The site was tidied and put in order before leaving each day. The project was completed on schedule and within budget. The result is beautiful! Over many years Superior has replaced windows and a sliding door, painted outside, refurbished a deck, painted the basement, and completed a 2nd floor renovation including 2 bathrooms. We highly recommend Superior to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled residential contractor. We will be calling on them again in the future.

Finding the best resources, for any type of service work, usually comes from a personal reference. Superior Remodeling was just that for our needs. They were referred by a close friend and business associate of both Tony and I. From the very first meeting, it was clear that we had the right company to complete our project. We upgraded 14 interior doors and 1 new storm door. Tony listened, took detailed notes, and measurements as we walked through the house. The 3-panel Oak Craftsman style doors were stained by and installed by incredibly skilled craftsman, carpenter and assistant. They were courteous, professional, punctual and neat. Had good business dealings with Tony for many years and hired him based on my neighbor's projects and reviews to replace our pergola. The plan was to do an exact duplicate of the previous pergola with improvements to the water damage prevention. The crew had to be told twice to add cross sections for appearance and support. Had to have them return three times to properly do the flashing for water damage prevention. Warped boards were installed, leaving large and very noticeable gaps between main and cross boards. Tony would say he would come back take care things, but a crew member would come, send pictures of items that didn't need attention, and say everything was okay. We sent pictures several times of the gaps, again were told that Tony would come personally, which the latest time, som

The quality of the work done by Superior Remodeling is very high. The process of designing the remodel with Tony was very interactive and ultimately very satisfying.
