I just want to express my sincere gratitude for the Wonderful work Superior Restoration did on my home. Their prompt, courteous, and professional services are what made me a true fan and honest believer in their OUTSTANDING work. Alexa, Dina, Luis, Ruben, and the rest of the team were no less than GREAT, in making sure my home was repaired and looking like new. Do consider them as your first choice... I certainly will.

I hired Superior Damage Restoration to address a water and mold issue in my home. At first, they seemed professional and completed the job. However, just a few months later, the exact same problem reappeared. Clearly indicating that the issue was not properly resolved the first time. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact the company and ask them to come back and assess the situation. Unfortunately, they have been completely unresponsive and unwilling to take any responsibility for their work. This lack of accountability and follow-up is extremely disappointing, especially for a service that deals with serious home damage and health-related issues like mold. I am writing this review to warn others: think twice before hiring this company. You may end up with the same problem

I recently had the pleasure of working with Shawn from Superior Damage Restoration to address a persistent water leak issue in a penthouse duplex unit. The problem was that water was seeping through from under the flooring and down the stairs whenever it rained. Previous contractors had incorrectly suggested that the issue was with the balcony door. Shawn and his team provided a comprehensive explanation of the root cause and took a thorough approach to resolve it. They removed the damaged flooring, waterproofed the balcony door, and even assisted with moving furniture around during the process. Despite their initial efforts, the issue persisted, but they didn't give up. Using thermal devices, they identified that the water was actually coming from the rooftop, down the wall frame studs,

SDR did excellent renovation work in our basement. They upgraded a half bathroom to full, changed flooring, moved pipes, improved walls, among other things. They were professional, responsive, timely, and offered fair pricing. I highly recommend their services!

I used Superior to install a bathroom in our basement. I was very pleased with the professionalism and work performance of this business and their crew. They kept us informed of all work being done and even with the delays during the snow, they were there with updates and continued good service. I was equally pleased with the completed project and will more than likely use them in the future. I recommend this company for your construction projects. UPDATE: I'm not so sure about this company now. I don't want to change my review because the work was good and we were pleased, but after not selecting them for our next job, they haven't been back to fix an issue we originally spoke about and was promised would be taken care of.
