Our apartment’s management company hired Superior Rooter to attend to a leak in our bathroom sink after the recent Chicago freeze. Jimmy was great! He addressed the issue quickly and thoroughly. Left no mess behind. Also appreciated him being mindful to put on boot protectors for our carpets. He was also cat friendly, which was a plus for us!

Had a great experience with them when my pipe burst during a freeze. Jimmy and Carlos were here to quickly fix the problem, taking extra care to move my personal belongings so nothing got damaged. They spent the extra time to fix the pipe and clean up the flood, and Angelico Stayed long to make sure my faucet had the correct pressure. Super grateful they were here when This happened. Just a few minutes longer and the damage could’ve been catastrophic. Really appreciate how calm and efficient they were during it all!

We were so impressed with the professional job Francisco did today! He tackled a severe drain clog with a ton of grease buildup and was incredibly diligent, taking extra time to make sure the problem was completely fixed. He cleaned the entire area after the repair. We will absolutely be requesting him by name if we have any problems in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Superior Rooter! They came out the same day to fix a leaking pipe in my basement. The plumber was super friendly, explained everything in a way I could understand, and had it fixed quickly. The price was fair, and they even made sure everything was clean before leaving. It’s hard to find honest, reliable service these days, but they really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing help!
