Every step of the process was well thought out and well communicated. I called and asked for a quote and within a couple of weeks I had a competitive one. The additional information included with the quote explained the process and what to expect. I received an email when I was added to their schedule and a message the day before to let me know they needed to delay due to rain. We were impressed with every aspect of working with Superior Paving to replace our driveway. They arrived on time to look at our old driveway and provide a proposal for the project. The price Superior quoted was significantly below another company's proposal. When we encountered complications and delays in obtaining the permit from the City of Syracuse, the office person at Superior was patient and understanding, graciously rescheduling twice. The members of both the dig out and asphalt crews arrived as scheduled, were friendly and respectful, completed the work efficiently, and cleaned up the area thoroughly. I am a Certified Private Advocate for the elderly and disabled and I had 80 foot Silver Maple tree thats roots were ripping up my driveway. They were hindering my main entrance so they removed them too make sure I can get the wheelchairs and prevent my disabled clients from falling.
