Superior Seawalls & Docks

Superior Seawalls re surfaced our gravel driveway. The driveway is 7/10s of a mile long. They built up a base and then put clean gravel over top. Everyone on this project was professional and listened to our concerns regarding how muddy it was before starting this project. It turned out great! No problems now! Doug was great to work with and his crew was too. He definitely took care of our needs and had checked back with us to see if we had any issues. I highly recommend them!

Duke and Superior Seawalls, Docks and Dredge were awesome to work with. Their crew was top notch and the work far exceeded our expectations. I absolutely recommend them for your next project. You will be quite happy with the result. They did a dredge project for us. Approx. 500' x 20' in Angola, IN as a side project off the main municipal dredge project they were doing in the area. Duke and his office staff were very responsive to all calls and emails. THUMBS UP!!

In July, 2016, Superior Seawalls & Docks, Inc., Illinois City, IL completely rebuilt the 30’ x 10’ stationary wood dock at our home on Lake Macbride near Solon, IA. The more than 20 years old dock had begun to migrate off its concrete pillars and was noticeably sagging. The Superior Seawalls crew built new concrete supports tying the dock much more firmly into the shoreline, and stripped the deteriorated old dock decking, replacing it with new, heavier grade treated lumber. In addition, the crew also added supports that straightened out one of our decks located on ground immediately above the dock, which also had begun to sag with age. Poor Experiece. My gut instincts told me not to go with this company but I did. Tore up my property, vinyl pillings falling off, dock wasn't secured at all and very dangerous. Had to get it all torn out by another company with the help of my insurance company. Stopped responding to calls and e-mails. $12,000 down the drain (or down the river I should say)
