We have had a service contract with them for years as the county requires. Due to labor shortage, they have to use sub-contractors which can maybe explain the uneven reviews. But when we called them with a problem, they got someone out same-week (a sub evidently.) When problem wasn't fixed right and we called back, they gave word they'd take care of it. They (owner) showed up as promised, took the time to do the job right, and explained everything we needed to know. It appears to be a small, family-run business, so folks should support them when they can. We were happy they took the time to come help us out (and we're a long way from their office in St. Mary's county.)

These guys are great! Bought a tank riser from them and they were very helpful. Made sure I walked away with the right pieces and ALL the required hardware needed for error free install. They even threw in some tips on how to do the install by myself.

None responsive, I have left multiple messages and they don’t call back. They got our money for a contract and now they don’t follow through

Horrible customer service and even worse phone Etiquette. Steer clear of their sister company Earnshaw Brothers. They are a huge scam! Cost me money to fix what one of their Septic Cleaning Technicians messed up and didn't complete.
