My parents are both in their 80’s. We hired This company to put in the AC and heating unit in a couple years ago. It’s now not working and when I called he didn’t respond. I finally got him in the phone and he said he was busy but he’d get out by the end of the week. Mind you that means the AC unit was down for a week at that point. It was hot and as mentioned earlier my mom is in her 80’s. He texts me in the day he’s supposed to be there and says his truck broke down fo to another company. It’s under warranty with him!!!! So the other company tells me he installed the equipment wrong and it has no Freon. So I’ve called him repeatedly and he will not respond. Stay far away from him. He gives you a descent price but doesn’t respond at all.

This company charged me 1050 for filling Freon. However the AC still have problems 2 days later and they are not responding to my messages any more. Even worst, 2 weeks after their service, the AC stopped generating any cold air. There has no Freon left all.

If you want to be ripped off this is the company to go to. They send me a guy named Mike who was all the time complaining "oh this is wrong, oh my god this and that"... Long story short he made me replace the gas valve and the thermocouple and charged me 1,300 and the worst part is that both things were good and what was wrong was the thermostat since the beginning.

On time, very courteous and operation of new units flawless.
