This is a really great company. The prices are great. The office always reaching out ahead of time to make sure I’m available for my appointment day. If I need to change it it’s never a problem. They did our termite treatment for both houses and we the quarterly spray and I am very happy with them. I would definitely recommend them. I never see any signs of any type of pest.

When you have been doing business with someone for over 10 years and the service starts to decline, and you bring it to their attention, and it still doesn’t get better, it’s time to move on. I NEVER had an issue with this company when Micha or Seth were there, however since they left, the service has gone downhill. I just had the entire 8 unit apartment complex treated within the last year, as well as other properties. I have a unit that we had a full “clean out” on serviced 6 months ago, and it’s having an issue again. I was told there was no more warranty (only 90 days), which I accepted, but the price was increased by 66% without ANY explanation. When questioned, they lowered it 33%. Excellent company to deal with. Always willing to take care of any issue. Reed does an excellent job, he is respectful, courteous and through with each visit. We will not use another pest control company.

Our tech is Josh. He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and patient. The house he's doing for us was very overrun with bugs but it's now so much better. Highly recommend Superior Spray
