We had a wonderful experience with this company! We had our 9x12 silky/wool rug, four chairs, and big living room L shape ivory sofa cleaned TODAY, and everything looks and feels amazing. Eddie, the owner, took the time to thoroughly explain the process and cost over the phone and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. That already gave us confidence before the team even arrived. We were worried to trust anyone to clean the rug that cost 9K. Sabrina and Hugh were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, detail-oriented, and took their time to make sure everything was cleaned properly. You can truly tell they care about the quality of their work.
