Mark & Jesse did a great job installing a new water softener unit & repairing a leaky pipe in the furnace room. They took the time to explain exactly what was installed & how everything operates, which I recorded with my phone. I also appreciated them putting down drop cloths & wearing shoe covers in my home. The entire experience with Superior Water & Air was pleasant & I felt confident the workmanship would be done correctly. I was very pleased that I found someone that could come on such short notice, to help me when my Hot water heater flooded my utility room. I was worried if I could find someone on such short notice, but Arturo Meza, the technician that arrived at my house and quickly found the issue and went to work to fix my issue. He have a new water heater in his van that was the exact one I needed. He immediately went to work on taking out the old one in no time, and had the new one in place in no time. Superior water and air installed a kitchen faucet, disposal, counter disposal button, and connected the dishwasher. The technician that came out, his name was Mike. We were very happy with his work ethic and his attention to detail. He was very careful with our new quartz countertop. He cleaned up after himself and checked and double checked to make sure there were no leaks. He did what we asked him to do. He was very respectful and kind in our home. We are very happy with this plumbing company. We would hire them again.

Superior came out and installed the water softener at my house. Pricing was superior. It was a little bit more than everybody else but superior water softeners do a lot more than everybody else is if you’re a Costco member too you get a lot more kickbacks thousand pounds of salt plus you get a $500 of Costco memberships kickbacks this is an awesome awesome deal.
