We actually did not hire this company to do our windows, but of the four that we solicited estimates from they were a very close second choice. Milosz was prompt and professional, and their price was very competitive. After I called them back to say we were going with someone else, he offered to match their price. After we said no, thank you, again, he actually texted later that night to remind us to get a lead paint inspection/treatment to protect the health of our young child---a gesture that was very much appreciated. I would certainly consult them again for future projects.
