SuperMaids is absolutely amazing and FANTASTIC for my mental health. I have been having trouble finding someone in RAVENSWOOD, WV and was thrilled when they said they could! After their deep clean, we’ve been doing our best to maintain everything they did — which meant this time they were able to branch out into new areas, and it made such a difference. The house smells INCREDIBLE, and I was especially impressed by how creative they were with some of the décor I had just sitting around and finishing touches. Super Maids has been an absolute lifesaver for our family. I work long hours, and with three kids who all have special needs, keeping up with the house can feel overwhelming. Since we started using Super Maids, our evenings and weekends have become so much more enjoyable. Instead of spending our limited free time cleaning, we actually get to relax and focus on our kids and each other.

Hired to deep clean the house we are moving to. Window sills, blinds, cabinet walls, base boards, corners dirty. They did not finish in one day and were supposed to come back and finish. Called after a week and had to remind them to come finish. Base boards dirty with dog hair and dog snot. Same for steps and side if kitchen island cabinet. Cost over $1500! Very disappointed. We called to discuss and were told that they would review the pictures they had taken when they had finished with their staff, and have a training on them. No refund of any sort offered, no offer to come make it right. Will not hire again.

Very professional and attention to detail. It is the first time in 6 years I have found people who clean like I do. I walked in my house and it was a breath of fresh air. Even my teenagers commented on how clean their bathrooms were. I have finally found my people 😊 THANK YOU!!

Initially we started with a deep clean 4 hour session. They did an excellent job! Now we do recurring weekly 1 hour slots. Again, they do excellent work! They show up promptly. Investing in a weekly cleaning service has allowed our family to focus on our small business & to relax a little on the weekends.
