Charlie and Jason from SuperTech HVAC came out to our restaurant the other day and were easy to work with. They showed up on time, explained what they were checking in simple terms, and answered our questions without trying to upsell anything. They worked efficiently and left everything clean when they were done. Overall a smooth experience and we’d definitely call them again.

Another great experience with Supertech HVAC. Alex came out for our yearly checkup at my parents’ house and was super polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even left us an extra filter for our unit. We’re on their membership and they’re always on time, easy to communicate with, and great about texts, calls, and invoices. It’s the little things that keep us using them. Definitely recommend.

After contacting several hvac companies I finally found one that was transparent and didn't immediately suggest a new furnace because of a minor issue and the age of the equipment. Affonso was very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly honest. Many thanks! ************************* We had a Lennox heat pump installed by SuperTech HVAC in late 2024. Ever since then we have been unable to make it heat the house as expected. Our problem is that we are unable to use our oil boiler as a back-up system, though it was promised to us before the installation. When the installation crew came they rejected the possibility to install both the heat pump and the oil boiler on the same thermostat and put the oil furnace on a separate thermostat.
