My husband and I were renovating our home and were referred to Susan Semrad by our builder. Susan was a great listener, sounding board, idea generator and problem solver for us during this overwhelming process. With her help we felt 100% comfortable with our choices and orders. A year later, everything is installed and we wouldn't change a thing.

I have been working with Supply New England for over a decade as a builder. They are great with my customers in helping them select the proper fixtures. They stand behind their products and provide excellent customer service to both contractors and home owners.

Came in for a simple toilet purchase and was helped by Susan in Yarmouth showroom. She was extremely helpful in discussing options which made the visit painless. She also helped and recommended another item while we were there. We would certainly ask for Susan when we are ready to purchase additional items.

I have nothing but rave reviews for Supply New England’s rep. Susan Semrad. My husband and I are building a home on Cape Cod during this Spring season of Carona virus. Ms. Semrad was always available (by phone of course) with her gentle expertise guiding me through virtual showrooms of bathroom fixtures. I heavily relied on her advise and am very thankful she navigated us through these unusual times with so much patience and with a good dose of laughter. With the exception of one woman working there today, both men on the floor wouldn’t even make eye contact. Terrible customer service....I totally understand people get busy but have the good sense to greet EVERY customer that walks through the door and properly set their expectations. You never know who is walking through your door, treat everyone the way you would like to be treated. ☹️✌🏼
