I appreciate Simon’s heat Service. On Christmas Eve he came to my house the day I called for help. They diagnosed the problem and found the furnace needed to be replaced. They put the order in for a new one. While waiting for the furnace I had no heat. They left me a heater to help keep my house warm. Simons even stayed late Christmas eve to make sure I had heat. No second thoughts, he just stayed until he got the job done. Simon’s team were hard workers, no goofing around. Very professional. They left the site very clean. They did a great job working with me about what I needed and the cost. I am very satisfied with this company and would get them again."
