Eddie was great. I was on my way to Naples to one of my businesses and most locksmiths were out of the way. I needed to make copies of one of my mailbox keys for a commercial property of mine. He was about 10 minutes from me, and got me in and out within 5 minutes. Amazing service and I plan on using him again.

Knowing I had young kids, he also suggested some good slider locks, which have given my wife and I peace of mind that the kids will not inadvertantly get outside and fall into the pool.
