Sure Painting & Remodeling

To start off, Joey was very responsive and stated the job should take about 3 days. He showed up to start the job with his worker Harley. The job started great, they progressed well. After 3 weeks, he was almost finished and stated they would be done by that afternoon and wanted to get paid. I wrote the check and they left with the job not complete. Since that time, I've made multiple attempts to have Joey come and finish the job, but he ignores my phone calls. I've called from different numbers and he answers. I would urge anyone and everyone to avoid SURE painting and remodeling if you don't want to get screwed over. Harley was there every day doing a great job. Unfortunately Joey was there less than half that time

Joey did you know that you neglected to pay one or more of your employees one of them happens to be my cousin. I would suggest you pay your employees before they figure out how to give you a bad review, for the sake of your business. Ok so the agreement was 100.00 a day so my cousin worked 5 days and then was told to stay home the 6 day because they weredn't needed so how does that constitute not being paid at all you say they didn't finish the job ? Is that correct? Because your ad clearly says 100.00 per day it doesn't say anything at all about not getting paid until you are finished with your job. If YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOW UP AND WORK THEY DESERVE TO BE PAID THE AGREEED UPON PAY RATE IN THIS CASE ADDS UP TO 500.00 YOU OWE TO MY COUSIN.
