I wanted the experience that others posted. I had a ac and furnace replacement. Matt was super helpful and eager to help, gave a great price, and even gave me an upgraded unit when what I wanted was not available. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHT MARE SINCE!!! The fan is weak, the installers said it would regulate itself, they tore ducting away from vents that I had to rig myself-" no one was available. NOW MY SYSTEM HASNT RUN FOR OVER A WEEK AT 2 MONTHS IN!!! MATT IS UNAVAILABLE AND JUST CANT GET ANYONE TO ME. ITS BEEN 100 DEGREES, WE CANT SLEEP, OUR DOGS ARE OVERHEATING AND MATT WONT RESPOND...DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
