Absolutely fantastic service. Definitely was hesitant at first “giving up” on my DIY attempts on my garage door issues, but I’m so glad that I reached out to Paul at Surfside. He made it out within a week (called Monday afternoon, came on Friday) of me calling, did a whole assessment of the situation for my two doors and helped me figure out the best next steps. Turned into a whole replace the opener and springs which went absolutely smoothly - he was in and out in less than three hours for two doors! I definitely would never have been able to do this on my own and I could not be happier with the fact that he had EVERYTHING he needed on his truck (including the springs and a spare opener for the other door I wanted it installed on). Paul did a great job on my new door/opener installation, his price was very fair, he walked me thru all options of different doors and openers and explained all the difference between the different products.
