I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. However, they made a billing error over a year ago and have zero interest in clearing it up. I tried to reach them multiple times by phone to discuss the issue. No response. I sent documents proving that it was their error. No response. And they continue to show a back charge on every subsequent billing. Incredibly difficult company to deal with.

Once they had my payment, getting any kind of follow-up or return call became nearly impossible. I signed up to have both my front and back yard treated for weeds, and I was told I’d receive my first service at half price, and the person who referred me would also receive their next service at half price. Neither of those promises were honored. After waiting weeks just to get scheduled, they finally came out—but only treated my front yard. They left a note saying they would come back to treat the backyard, but never returned. I called and spoke directly with the owner, who told me he didn
