It’s a flaky mobile app; watch out. After paying TWICE, I was tagged for a $68 non payment violation. I wasn’t going to pay a third time. Yes, a credit card expiration date was off by a digit, but NO Error message. NO feedback. You couldn’t tell if you’re paid, paying, or not. No communications or appeals - No one on site or Phone # to call - you’re stuck.
Have to pay via app. Of course can't access app inside the parking structure due ti cell interference. You can do it outside but just remember your license plate #
