Suter Air Conditioning

We recently had a new AC installed by Suter and we are very happy with the result. The techs were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and worked diligently to get the new AC running as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend them.

SuterAir Conditioning changed out an old HVA system on 26, 2026 for my home in Leesburg. Their technicans are top shelf. They made the complete change out in about 7 hours. After installed a techinican explain what I need to do to keep it maintain (anyone can replace a filter every other month. A week after it was installed a techincian stopped by and check the thermostat accuracy and reviewed the work the installers had done. The work look most professional I don't recommend many companies, but I would for Suter.

Having recently moved to the area, many people suggested various companies to install a mini-split in my garage, I obtained multiple quotes. Suter was the lowest (significantly) and made the most sense in how they wanted to provide the solution. I researched and liked their proposed product and warranty. They were quick to schedule, timely, thoughtful, and thorough in their work. At the end of the day, I really appreciate Suter. They will now get all my HVAC business.

We have been using Suter to inspect and maintain our HVAC since we moved here 6 years ago. It was an older unit and when it came time to replace it, we selected Suter. They were on time. They removed the old unit and installed a replacement. They had to overcome some problems with the new unit and the guy managing the installation told me that he wasn’t happy with it. 5 days later, although it was running fine, they came back and replaced it with another new unit straight out of the box. A week later, they came to install the custom cover between the unit and the house. 2 weeks later, they returned to inspect the unit to make sure it was operating to their liking. We feel like we have been treated above and beyond by Suter. They even offered to come on the weekend and bring us a portable

Suter AC is one of the best companies i have ever used. They are professional, hard workers. They are very thorough and always keep up with the maintenance schedule. They also explain everything to me. The few times I had an emergency, they always came. They are friendly, respectful and all around great people. I highly recommend them
