Not a typical big box lumber store. They have a lot of unique items like work jeans and outdoor cooking items. Some of their prices are higher than the competition but their excellent customer service makes up for it. The 2 ladies at the checkout were super nice.

Not friendly staff. Was purchasing some clearance flowers, and some clearance screw bits. They were ringing up different prices, and were looking at me like I switched the tag or something. I went took a picture of the prices. After all that the over charged me on the FLOWERS!!! By 3x times the price. When I went to return them the manager acted like they didn't do nothing wrong that it was my fault. I was extremely mad. Not to mention they think everyone steals and follows you and watches you like a hawk. But besides all that jazz they have good discounts. The reason for 2 star.

Liz and all the women working there on February 1, 2026 are amazing. They helped me out so much on my project. They all deserve raises.

I was installing a tankless gas water heater and needed one fitting that I forgot. I arrived at S ourherlands front door at 6:54 pm and was met outside the door by an employee who told me" we close in 2 minutes, Why don't you go to Lowe's ,they stay open until 10." I want to the plumbing area anyway and got the part I needed without any assistance from the guy that cut me off at the door. I didn't get his name but I was in the store at 3:00 pm that same Friday and he was relieving the grey headed gentleman who works in the plumbing area. He started telling me that I shouldn't be using PEX to hook up a water heater and I should use cpvc instead. He treated me like I was stupid and told me " you know you gotta have that PEX crimping tool, do you have the tool?" If I wasn't so old and worn ou

Replacing my counter tops. I believe the gentleman's name, that helped us, is J.J. He was extremely helpful and patient with us. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
