We like Home Base for many reasons ! They had fireplace grates & a nice selection of wood in bundles for sale at an affordable price, Right before winter weather warning in Lubbock Tx. was moving in the guys were wrapping up bundles of wood for Lubbockites to burn & keep warm by our fireplaces. I bought some wood and had them cut it for me. Had my son pick it up and they gave him the wrong material. Went to talk to them about it as now I can't pick it up. They were rude to us. They delivered the material the next day and this is how they left it in my yard. Mind you they still didn't bring all the pieces I paid for... They made sure to get theirs back. At this point I'm just not even going to try and get the materials. To much hassle.

So much better than Home Dept and Lows. Clean, organized and helpful. Things are much easier to find compared to the competition - whoever does the organization here, hats off to you. Great prices, and top quality brands. I leave with what I came in for every time.

I came into Garden looking for stepping tones and a lady named Vanessa helped! Thank God she did, I had measurements for ny space and was unsure of how many I rould need. Vanessa helped and stated she thought 72 would be exact t and while skeptical lwent with it and they fit PERFECT! It could not have been any more accurate and 22 was exact for my space! She was thoughtful, helpful and so kind! Customer service was the best I've had anywhere I have been in a long time! She also made sure a guy named Zack loaded them, Zack was also amazing and didn't let me do a thing! He loaded ALL 22 by himself into my SUV at that! He said they nay smash your fingers will do it! lasked if he was sure and he said yes mam I got it! |Those are 2 employees I'd keep if I were a store manager or owner! Thank yo

I went in for the first time today for some paint and supplies. I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Joe Dorman. He was patient and polite. He answered all questions and made useful suggestions for my project. Mt. Dorman thank you for impeccable service.
