Sutter Place Garage

***GUARANTEED TO RUIN YOUR WEEKEND*** They advertise as a public parking garage, but they're affiliated with the Sutter Health facility nearby and close at 8PM on Fridays through the weekend. Needless to say, due to the lack of noticeable signage and courteous staff, my car was locked in the garage until Monday morning = 3 days of parking fees + multiple Uber fares.

Two bad thing about this garage not even sure how it has 5 stars on Google. 1st I got my car broken in to while it was parked in the garage no remorse what so ever to what had happened still I had to pay my 22 dollars for the day. Ok fine what ever I got over it after I spend $200 on a window. 2nd they don't post anything on days they are going to open or close even for closing hours it's a little piece of paper as you drive up so if you dont pay close attention your screwed. To what bring me to my problem i parkedmy car on friday no signage saying the garge would be closed for the weekend so know come to find out I can't get my car till Monday not cool will never use this location again. Don't recommend

BEWARE! This place is not really ‘public’ because it doesn’t open late or overnight. It closes by 6pm on Friday and not open again until Monday @ 6am. Misleading because there’s no sign at all indicating it’d be closed daily at 8pm and doesn’t open on weekend. We had to Uber very far home. Paid a lot for Lyft and overnight fees!!!

They do not post proper signs on when they close and if you do happen to not take your car by 8pm then come the next day or even worse come on Monday if it's Friday. This place should not be allowed to run as a public parking place

Not good garage they will close at night and you cant take your care after they close I was very luck someone came out and I could go inside and take my car out if not then I should leave my car there and go pick it net day and I dont leave in sf
