This review is about 2 months late but it must be said: Working with Suttles flooring was EXCELLENT from start to finish. Our master bathroom and hall bathroom flooring had been slapped down by the previous owners of our home and we were looking to get updated flooring. Cason was very kind, professional, patient with all of our questions and able to make flooring recommendations based on the look that we were going for. We immediately felt welcome upon entering the showroom. All the staff, including the sweet dog Ozzy, were so warm and friendly. It was such a huge convenience to be able to take some of the samples home to look before deciding on flooring. I absolutely love my new carpet!! The team at Suttles were delightful to work with and made sure that everything went as “seamlessly” as possibly. Shawn the installer was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me get my furniture moved and placed back and he did a wonderful job installing. Julie was fantastic and so patient while I chose my final selection. Suttles Flooring rates more than 5 stars with my personal experience having flooring put down in my home. From the first day of entering their store on Vineville Ave. to the last days after the job was completed... my rating is off the scale. We were looking to give new life to an almost 100 year old house in Macon we just purchased. Not knowing anyone in town, I did a random google search and landed on Suttles Flooring. They sent out someone to look at the flooring THAT DAY. We chose to sand and refinish the hardwood flooring in the entire house and place a retro tile in the kitchen. The work was done before we moved in and the effect was AMAZING! Every member of the staff that we have met is friendly and personal. You can tell they run this business with love. I am so grateful to have found them!

We had existing hardwood floors in our home and needed to install in other rooms. Suttles came out quickly for a quote, got our project on their schedule, and completed the project exactly as they said they would. The new floors were installed seamlessly with our existing floors and the color match is great. I highly recommend Suttles Flooring!
