Sutton Heating and Air

Called Sutton's on COLD Saturday morning. It was too cold for heat pump and auxiliary heat wasn't warming house. I checked everything out and could not figure out what was wrong. Service tech (sorry I can't remember his name) was at my home within 30 minutes. He checked things out and turns out the system was doing all it could. Very professional and explained options. Charge was MORE THAN FAIR considering it was the weekend and snowing. I will call them for all my HVAC needs.

Exceptional service!! Staff was extremely friendly and sympathetic to my air conditioning needs. They not only squeezed me in the next day, but actually called me to advise they would be a little late for appointment! Seriously!! Job we'll done, Sutton!!

This team came out and gave us a complete Armstrong HVAC makeover - new condenser, coil, furnace, and air ducts. They arrived first thing in the morning and got right to work. It was done in a day and they left my garage cleaner than when they arrived. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and the value we received. Great team to work with!

Amazing people that really care about getting the job done and making sure you get proper service. I had to have my whole entire AC replaced it was old and barely worked until it completely stopped working, the new AC feels like a dream! Everything was installed super clean and as fast as they could (being the summer with everybody needing help). Highly recommend Sutton, just really good people all around.
