Wasn’t happy at all !,this was cleaned on sat I didn’t come home until Sunday night to allow it to dry completely!I requested a deep clean and this is what I received. I literally stayed away from my home over 24 hours so it could dry and this what I came home to??My carpet was dirty for sure and I made it very clear that I needed the stains lifted and removed and he assured me he would do just that,I knew after he was only at my home 1 hour and 15 mins for a four bedroom that was bad it wasn’t going to be clean.I have huge stains and along wall in every room carpet is still dirty,The photos are after I got home and nobody has been on the carpet at all!I also texted him but got no response so I will be paying more money to get my carpet cleaned.Wasted 170$

My carpet was dirty, and I had rented a carpet cleaner from Publix (which uses a third-party company for their carpet shampoo). It backed up the dirty water with the clean water, making my carpet worse. Although it wasn't Publix's fault, Publix is the number Store chain all over In Customer Service and Service, they gave me a refund without an hesitation Thank you.
