SVC Homes did an excellent job replacing the siding of my house and deck renovation. They offered a competitive price and have a good team to get the job done on time with high quality. Sandro coordinated the subcontractors and the material suppliers very well so that the whole process went smoothly without interruption. Sandro and his team are phenomenal. The attention to detail really shows. I interviewed several groups when selecting a contractor. Not only was SVC's bid very competitive, Sandro worked closely with me to refine the scope so I got everything I wanted within my budget. I have a 50 year old house and practically gutted it. Sandro and his team completed the job in record time. SVC Homes well exceeded my expectations. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Sandro was fantastic through the whole process from taking our design vision to pricing and through construction. Our addition project was fairly complicated with an underpinned basement dig-out, extensive site work with 8 foot retaining walls, and structural modifications to the existing house to accommodate the connection. We are extremely happy with all of SVC Homes’ work on our recent renovations and intend to use their company again for all future projects. We gut renovated our 1910 rowhouse kitchen and bath last year and hiring Sandro and his team to do the work was easily the best decision we made. SVC is one of the highest quality contractors in the DC area. I've had them out to do 2 different projects. i can't say enough about the crew. All the guys are very respectful and listen to your thoughts. I ended up spending a little more on the second project on Sandro's ideas but it all worked out to be worth it.
