I had to have my septic tank pumped. They were very quick to respond to a phone call and were quick to respond via text message as well. When the crew came out they very professional and were able to answer any and all questions that I had. They were able to guide me through the rest of the work that needed to be done to resolve other septic issues I was having, which they offered to assist with.

You never think of septic needs…. Until you need them. I contacted Swafford Septic services and got immediate response. They scheduled quickly, arrived as promised and took care of my pending issues. The cost was very reasonable and now I have peace of mind about a septic tank that was very questionable. I highly recommend these guys.

Efficient service pumping out my septic. Location of septic tank was unknown, they had the necessary tools to locate and dig up the tank cover. At suggestion also had installed a better access cover for future service. Follow up call by Swafford to verify service satisfaction and new access height was acceptable. Came out and adjusted access height to sit better with yard height.

What a fantastic group of professionals! We had scheduled service with another company and had a deadline to meet, the other company ended up being a no call no show, creating a little tension for our family as we scrambled to find someone else. Swafford's Septic was referred by a friend and it is my understanding that the current owners bought the existing business earlier in the year. They are doing a wonderful job.
