Philip and Juan did excellent work on 2 sets of railings for the front of our house. Were also helpful with guiding in a couple of cosmetic and better decision making with the railing, which was very appreciated. Shannon

The quality of work is great. However, several things were awful. First, it took 4 weeks to get a return call to even set up an appointment. Second, the company scheduled a time to install the railings but didn't show up. No text, email or phone call. This happened twice! Third, the men who installed the rails left a mess in the yard and black paint on my driveway.

A couple of years ago Swaim Iron installed wrought iron decorative railings inside down into a sunken living room, down a long flight of stairs into a playroom some of which had to be custom designed, on outside steps and repaired railings on front entrance. Work and time taken was outstanding. Would absolutely recommend their work!!
