Spent last year getting quotes from local companies and could not be happier with the work John and team did. They were the only company that actually listened to my problem with heating my multiple floors in my condo and proposed a new solution. They were flexible with price and went above and beyond in my opinion. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks guys

Hired this company to do a tune up at my house through a special they were offering to the hundreds of homes in my community. What a mistake this was ! They came and “did their service” which clearly states many things they’re doing but explicitly - check capacitor - check drain pump They come and leave and say all is good in the same day. About a week goes by we get this absolutely foul inhumane smell in the house. After hours of searching we find our drain pump to be not working and overflowing causing the smell some how. Next to our existing drain pump is a brand new in the box drain pump and a brand new electric meter. We call this company to ask why this was left here and why we weren’t informed there was an issue. We’re harshly told that there was no issue and that they didn’t le

I have an old furnace and the switch board went out. we called them for help, they ordered the part they told me was $750 and the actual cost of the part was $197. They came in and installed the new board and they didn't know where some of the wires were supposed to go so they just tucked them away where you couldn't see them. 1 week later its broke again, so i paid $1,000 for nothing.

What an amazing company! You don’t find companies like this that care about their customers as much as Swamp Scott refrigeration does. Krissy was very customer oriented and concerned about my situation and went above and beyond to get a technician out to my home to fix my A/C. Tony was the technician and he was fabulous. He was thorough. He was professional. And only wanted to do the best work he could for me. I highly recommend Swampscott refrigeration for any of your heating or cooling needs. They have always been there to support their customers, and I will continue to use them. They are wonderful!
