I was very pleased with their quick response and service! The owner came out the day I called to assess the situation. He told me his team would be out the next day and they were. The three gentlemen that came were very knowledgeable and polite. They know exactly what to do to take care of the problem. The pump to my well was no longer working. They quickly fix the problem with a new pump. Now it works wonderfully. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a well or wants one! My well pump unexpectedly and suddenly failed- my house was without any water. When the well/pump maintenance company that drilled the well and installed the pump couldn't tell me when they would come as an "emergency" service call, I called Swank & Son. Swank & Son were understood the problem, came out early in the morning with 3 workers who were polite, professional, skilled & knowledgeable. The made quick work of confirming the problem & went about the necessary repairs which included fixing several problems created from the original drilling that they had not done. These gentleman treated me in a way that made me feel respected & confident that I was getting expert service. This is an amazing business and I am so happy with the repairs and changes they did with my well. First time was a foot valve replacement 15 years ago and this time we switched to a submersible pump. They were professional and fast with the repairs and kept in contact with me. The gentleman that did the services were professional and respectful as well. Hopefully I don’t need any more repairs but when I do I would not hesitate to call them again!

They came to my home the other day. After a set of issues. I didn't have any water pressure. They came out and attempted everything they could to get water with no success(no fault on them). Off their recommendations we ended up getting the lines digged up to well(issue was their) , replaced, upgraded the pump, and fixed a potential issue with the water tank. They were exceptional, professional, and went out of their way to help and get the job fixed quickly for me. Highly recommend their services!!
