After having ordered several batches of parts for my Rinnai Propane heaters from Swanson, and having a wonderful experience each time, I can thoroughly recommend them as a parts supplier. The last time I called to order a new igniter, the super knowledgeable guy who I spoke with (Wish I remembered his name) even told me not to order the part as all I likely have to do is clean and gap the sparker. I performed that work in 10 minutes, now my heater is working perfectly! Dont hesitate to give them a call.

Do you ever have a phone call that makes your day? I was having trouble tracking down a part to an old and discontinued Rinnai wall heater, and saw on Swanson's website that they had carried the part in past. Even though it was immediately clear to the sales representative that this was not a part they could sell me (nor would they have made any money on such a small part if they could...nor do I even live anywhere near them in the country) he spent a good 10 minutes discussing how I could repair it myself. His knowledge was thorough, his demeanor kind, and he let me talk the problem out, having an answer to each question I posed. Pick up and deliver freight here most of the time. Staff is friendly and helpful. They got plenty of forklifts which is a plus. Everything is nicely in order and organized. And enough room to maneuver are freight trucks in the parking lot.
