Swartz Cooling and Heating

Swartz is amazing. AC died this past weekend. By Monday I had a new one. Seth was great and we’ll stay with Swartz.

Seth did an excellent job on fixing my AC. Allen the tech that determined the problem was very informative. Jason the owner communicated timelines and process to me that I could understand. Thank Swartz Cooling and Heating for a job well done!!

Swartz Heating & Cooling, Inc. in North Port, Florida installed a new AC in my home and am extremely happy with my new system. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish. Nancy was great to work with. She was extremely helpful and responsive with my questions. Seth did an amazing job with the installation. He was professional and very responsive to all my questions about the new system. If you need a new AC system or service, this is the place to call, hands down!

Our A/C stopped blowing cool air. We called Swartz Cooling and although they couldn't get out to us the same day as we called late in the day, they took the time to speak to me about our problem. They showed up on time the next morning and fixed it in less than 15 mins.the price was very reasonable and his honesty was refreshing. No extra sales pitch for something we didn't need. We would definitely recommend Swartz Cooling and look forward to having them install a new system when needed.

Soooo, this review is long overdue and I apologize to the Swartz family. I absolutely cannot recommend Swartz Cooling and Heating enough. They were referred to me by a friend when he found out I was in the market for a whole house A/C system replacement. The home I built in 2010 had the air handler inside the home which I never cared for and I wanted it relocated to my garage as part of this project. In addition, my Master bedroom is east facing and one of the warmest rooms in my home. They recommend adding a return to the Master to help pull the warm air from the room and it worked like a charm. I went with a variable speed 4 ton Champion unit and I was immediately blown away by the performance of the system. My house literally cools to the set temperature in half the time! No exaggeratio
