I’m a huge fan of quality customer service and this company has exceeded my expectations I wish I could give more than 5 stars! They are responsive to inquiries, affordable pricing and the work performed is amazing! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services! Swat plumbing was the best plumbing company I have ever seen. I called,they scheduled me in. Arrived on time. Was very professional. They did not over charge me. Finished the job in record time. Terrible. Called this company. They said $150 to come out and diagnose it. When they got here they told me $450 to fix the clog. He said he forgot his tool at the shop and had to leave to go get it. An hour and a half later showed back up, put a snake through the line. That apparently didn’t do anything. Sent a camera through the line and told me there’s a clog. Charged me $450 and didn’t even fix it. The city came out and had it fixed in 15 minutes. This is a decent summary. The full story makes the company look even worse.

They were very professional and informative about the process of repairs needed done. For a lady and her mom, fixing a water heater was blind leading the blind operation thankfully, we found a reasonable and quick fix. Thank you for fixing the issue with our hot water heater. Lord knows it would have been a cold winter without it lol.
