I had a great experience with SWAT for Radon Removal, and especially with their technician Rob. From the very beginning, contacting SWAT was incredibly easy. They picked up right away, were able to schedule me for service the very next day, and provided a clear price quote upfront so I could compare with other local companies. Their pricing was very competitive and reasonable, which—combined with their quick availability—made the decision easy. On the day of service, Rob arrived exactly at 8:30 AM as scheduled, which I really appreciated. After showing him the basement and access points, he got right to work. I kept forgetting to handle this, as our radon levels are 16, way above the threshold of 4. The company I used for testing sent me info for SWAT. From the initial call to the full install, I knew I was in good hands. The installer, Robert, was able to hook up in our existing sump pump and run the pipe through the outside. He gave instructions on use (basically nothing to do!) and left us with info and contact info AND a free radon test kit to retest in a week. Highly recommend SWAT. Radon is a silent killer.

Had a radon mitigation system installed. Orlando was friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and got right to work. An hour and a half later he was explaining all the work that was done, how and when to send out the test, and what to watch for. I recommend SWAT to anyone in need of their services!!

We contracted with SWAT for radon mitigation. The process was seamless, from the phone consultation to the install. Didn’t try to oversell equipment or extras and the installer even recommended a smaller fan than we were quoted, because our sub-base was deeper than expected. We have a digital radon meter and the short-term level dropped to a safe level in 24 hours. The system has been effective from the onset and gives me peace of mind. I wish all projects were this easy.
