SWAT Radon Mitigation

I am extremely pleased with my experience having SWAT Environmental install a radon mitigation system in my home. Both the company and my installation tech, Josh, were very good with communication and details. Josh was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We discussed installation location options, and then he quickly got to work. The final install looks great, and there was no mess left behind! Highly recommended!

The entire process from sales setting up the appointment, to Customer service emailing a reminder was great. The SWAT technician arrived early and explained the whole process from where we wanted the vent pipe to go. He was happy to address questions and did our first class job setting the system up. I would highly recommend this company For radon mitigation.

I was not home at the time of the install because I was in the hospital. The installer told my neighbor that he would install the system in a corner of a room and it would barely be noticeable. The system is huge and in a bedroom and is a huge eyesore that cannot be hidden by placing something in front of it and it is noisy. I am trying to sell my house and this will be a huge deterrent. When I called customer service, they were unhelpful and said that I would need to pay for another system if they want me to move it to where it should have been installed as there are several closet options that should have been used. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be informing all the realtor that I know and work with to not use this company.

Our tech, Riley, was wonderful! He explained the process thoroughly, asked for our preferences on location of installation, and worked quickly and efficiently. Their work is clean and the systems are effective and come with a retest kit for free to see the results! I would highly recommend SWAT for any homeowners in need of a radon mitigation system! SWAT Radon Mitigation did an outstanding job installing our Radon Elimination System. They were quick, responsive and considerate of our home. Khary was excellent and took special care to double check everything before he left. I would highly recommended them!
