I’ve been a loyal Swat Services customer since 2013, and for many of those years Chase O’Bannon has been the technician responsible for my termite inspections. Matt with SWAT Services (Wildlife Control division) is 1000% THE BEST!! He knows soooo much (had some great stories too!) and knew exactly what was needed to fix our squirrels problem in our attic, walls, etc. Matt will not stop or hesitate to do whatever needs to be done - he's fearless! I am so beyond grateful. He's extremely detailed and thorough, and very good at explaining everything (sometimes 2 or 3 times to me Lol). I highly recommend this company and Matt especially.
