James is a super hero! He fixed the leak in the washing machine and then asked if any other appliances needed attention, which I needed a different burner for the stove. He ordered another one and brought it back the following week. He goes beyond the call of duty! I highly recommend James!

James with Swedes is so easy to work with and easy to have in my house. We have a Thermador freezer panel that acts up every year and he takes such detailed notes and takes care of warranty that we’ve never had to deal with the headache ourselves. My dryer suddenly started making a noise that it definitely wasn't supposed to make. I took it apart myself to hopefully fix the issue, but after 5 attempts later and no success I decided to call in an expert. James arrived on time for the service call and even accomodated a minor schedule issue on our side. He diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, then 40 minutes and one stubborn metal bushing later and my dryer is now running smoothly! James was a joy to talk with and very professional and efficient. He will be my go-to for any future appliance repairs!
