I am very happy to review Sweet Georgia Heating and Air again. It has been a pleasure to work with them. Very polite, very friendly and knowledgeable. The very 1st time they repaired aini split I had. They took their time to analyze the problem, order the part and repair it. They did such a great job! That I called them back to install another unit I purchased. They did fantastic again! The tech did an excellent job. Very professional and neat installation!. There are companies that do their job but Sweet Georgia excels at what they do. Very satisfied, they exceeded my expectations. I will use them for every future need, and recommend This company to anyone that is looking for a great company. Thank you guys!

I highly recommend this company. They are extremely professional. I needed service as soon as possible. Due to my heater going out. We had a tech sent to our home an hour later. Our technicians name was Wesley. He did an amazing job. He was very professional. Fixed the issue quickly. My daughter ran up to him and hugged him. They are quick, professional, and kind. I’d use this service again.

Fast Friendly Exceptional Service even came back out for a follow up to make sure everything was good with no more issues and that we were satisfied!! They will definitely be our go to!! And on top of all that they are local!!

I called Sweet Dixie Air after another company tried to convince me that I would need to replace my compressor or the entire outdoor unit. Sweet Dixie got a tech out to my house that same day and had my unit back up and running after about an hour or so. Great service, and Wesley was very knowledgeable and proficient and did a great job. I’d recommend their services to everyone.

I am updating my review to 5 stars!!! After having an issue, the owner called me and came out himself and he and his team turned me into a very satisfied customer!! I even had them do maintenance on three units. This company did a great job!! They truly care about their customers!! Their customer service is outstanding and so is their work!!
